Precast Installation

The company is highly proficient in the installation of all types of precast systems, including floors, walls, vomitories and stairs, with fully qualified and competent operatives who satisfy the Construction Leadership Council Guidance.

S T E E L   E R E C T I N G

Our Erectors are highly motivated and skilled craftsmen holding a long and established history with the company with experience on many high profile projects.

Predominantly holding at least a 5 year service to the company, many having served their apprenticeships with us giving us unique abilities to retain specialised knowledge in critical areas in the erection of structural steelwork against industry standards.

Skills are mapped against National Occupational Standards and to highest available level for the trade, with certification issued by operating schemes such as CSCS, ECITB, ACE, IPAF, CPCS, satisfying Build UK stipulations.

W E L D I N G

The company employs sitework teams for the modification of works. These employees are also long serving and work alongside our structural steelwork erection gangs.

Our advanced craftsman are exceptionally skilled in their field in performing fabrication works to detailed specifications. This specialised area of engineering construction is complimented by our cohort of expert welders.

Welder competencies are demonstrated through certification in compliance with International Standard ISO 9606-1.

P R E C A S T
I N S T A L L I N G

Our Precast project teams are led by professional personnel with exemplary and extensive experience in on-site precast operations both nationally and internationally.

The company supplies clients with a fully supportive site team from pre-construction discussions with principal contractors, to installation of last panel.

Delivery of these contracts meet British Precast recommendations for expected degrees of skills and training from all disciplines involved in executing the work.
